  1. 从上面的列表中选择一个服务器（虽然只有一台）。一般你应该选择到你那边延迟（Ping）最低的服务器。
    • 如果你有多台服务器加入 DN42，并且愿意的话，我可以同时建立多个 Peering。
  2. 选择一种 VPN 建立隧道。
    • 注意：我不与中国大陆的服务器 Peer，以避免可能的法律问题。
    • 目前我只支持使用 WireGuard VPN 建立隧道，其他 VPN 的支持以后才有计划
  3. 在你那边配置好 VPN 隧道和 BGP 客户端。你可以假设我会使用以下的配置：
    • 基础信息：见上
    • 建立 VPN 隧道：
      • WireGuard 我这端的端口号：你的 ASN 的后五位
        • 例如 4242420001 意味着我会使用 20001 端口
      • 我不使用预共享密钥！
  4. 将以下信息发邮件给  i@allenyou.wang / allenyou1126@gmail.com:
    • 基础信息：
      • ASN
      • 公网 IP
        • 我偏好 IPv4 地址，因为我的服务器目前对 IPv6 的支持还不是很好
      • DN42 IPv4 and IPv6（隧道你那端的地址）
        • 对于 IPv6 Peering，也可以使用本地链路（Link-local）地址
      • 你想和哪台服务器连接（就一台）
      • 是否启用 MP-BGP
      • 是否启用 Extended Next Hop
        • 如果不特别声明，我一般默认启用
    • 建立 VPN 隧道：
      • WireGuard 你那端的端口号
        • 如果你不写明，我会假设你使用 21056 端口
  5. 等我设置好 VPN 隧道和 Peering，然后回复邮件。一般这时 Peering 就已经成功了。

  1. Pick a server from the list above. Generally, you should choose the server with the lowest latency (Ping) to you.
    • If you have multiple servers in DN42 and are willing to, I can set up multiple Peerings at the same time.
  2. Choose a VPN to set up a tunnel.
    • Note: I do not Peer with servers in mainland China to avoid possible legal issues.
    • Only WireGuard VPN is supported for now. Support for other VPN is still on plan.
  3. Set up the VPN tunnel and BGP client on your side. You can assume that I will use the following configuration:
    • Basic Information: See above.
    • Configuration for VPN Tunnel:
      • WireGuard Port on my side: Your ASN's last 5 digits
        • For example, if your ASN is 4242420001, then I will use port 20001.
      • I DO NOT use Pre-Shared Key!
  4. Mail me the following information at i@allenyou.wang / allenyou1126@gmail.com:
    • Basic Information:
      • Your ASN
      • Your Public IPv4
        • I prefer IPv4 address as WireGuard endpoint, since my server currently does not support IPv6 well.
      • DN42 IPv4 and IPv6 (Tunnel Peer's Address)
        • For IPv6 Peering, you can also use Link-local Address.
      • Which server you want to connect to (Only one)
      • Whether to enable MP-BGP
      • Whether to enable Extended Next Hop
        • If not specified, I will assume you enable it by default.
    • Configuration for VPN Tunnel:
      • WireGuard Port on your side
        • If not specified, I will assume you use port 21056 by default.
  5. Wait for me to set up the VPN tunnel and BGP Peering Session. Then, I will reply to your email. Generally, Peering should be up and running by then.
